Growing up the system has failed me and countless others. I was molested by my father, grandfather on my mother’s side, two step-cousins, and by one of my babysitters. For starters there should not be any bail allowed when there is evidence against thee accused. Secondly I believe that all assets and possessions should be divided amongst the victims. I believe the risk is way too high to allow pedophiles and rapists to ever be allowed to be free. They should not be allowed to live in the same home with children. They should not even be allowed to live next door. Pedophiles and rapists don't belong in our neighborhoods ether. Cases involving rapists and pedophiles should be top priority. Pushing cases further and further back makes it that much harder on the victims and there family's. On the one hand tax payers shouldn’t have to pay for pedophiles and rapists to be taken care of for the rest of their lives and on the other no one want’s them in there neighborhoods and no one should have them in there neighborhoods so I was thinking that they should have to spend the rest of there lives in a self-sufficient society that they can never leave and must be castrated upon arrival and internet service not permitted .citizens being visited should be monitored at all times to insure nothing inappropriate is being exchanged. Institutions like this would require less guards and less tax payers money.
