To sell a home in today’s market requires three P’s “Price, Promotion & Perception”. Sellers need to sell home fast because sometimes a potential buyer walk into and ask few questions like “How long has it been on the Real estate investmentsmarket?” and to answer that can have a dramatic impact on how potential buyers perceive their property. There are many factors that affect both the seller as well as buyer. Sometimes it is quite surprising to hear about that a house in easily approachable location was quoted less in comparison to one   in totally different. We being seller wonder what’s wrong with it?
