mistakes marketers do is to
overpromise so as to urge a deal.
Creating expectations, you can't
fulfill, and when time is up to
deliver the product or service can
frustrate your customers, which
will keep them away from repeat
business and hurt your name
within the market.
Sometimes, a potential customer
would like to take time to weigh the
pros and cons and learn more
about a product or service before
creating a choice.
Being too push full will be a big put
off and end in a customer taking
their business elsewhere.
Though you have spent months, even years developing and
marketing the products, but the tough reality is that customers are
not curious about what you have got to sell. They're curious about
what your product or service will do for them.
Irrespective of the products or goods or
services we are offering to the
customers, being loyal to them is very
important.
Approach them with a full disclosure of
the products or services at the
scheduled time. Stay in touch, using
multiple lines of communication and
make sure that the things run smoothly
in an organized way.
