Many people return from forms of service altered and see society at rest, when they themselves are unable to be. The signature of being a Militant Civilian is not being a pack animal, but an alpha who's fueled by an unrested desire for a better tomorrow, while striving for justice, order, and silence of the eternal war that we all have.
