French-born American singer and performer, songwriter and author, and photographer Marianne Dissard lived for two decades in Tucson, Arizona. She’s been based in the UK since 2017 and Scotland since 2022.

Trained as a documentary filmmaker in Los Angeles, a career she put aside to tour the world with her music, Dissard has since the pandemic turned her attention to recording the human experience through fine art photography series reflecting on the powerful invisible forces that shape the urban experience.
