I love fresh Menudo and I can honestly say this is the best and easiest homemad Menudo recipe I have ever had. This recipe can be done in 45 Minutes or an hour at most, which is fantastic because most authentic recipes take hours. So I think this is a huge break through for Menudo Soup Lovers.
