When I was just a young boy, I would always want to rush my mother into doing things for my brother and myself. One day moms to me to have patience and quite rushing God’s works. I did not understand what she was trying to tell me. Then my grand-mother told me that patience was a virtue. I did not understand this either.
As I grew older, I began to understand what they were trying to tell me. In the book of Romans, chapter 15 and Verse 5; the Apostle Paul is telling them: "Now the God of patience and consolation grant you to be likeminded one toward another according to Christ Jesus:” For a topic of discussion we shall use this thought: “THE GOD OF PATIENCE AND COMFORT”
WE ALL need Patience and Comfort, especially in times of stress and difficulty. Patience under long-drawn-out trial; Comfort, when the heart is at breaking-point; and God is the source of each! …...more
