It represents the cooperative effort of local musicians and the Spiritual Action Team. The musicians generously contributed music and songs that express spiritual qualities. The spiritual light that fills our world is the theme that recurs throughout "Catching Smiles". The music tells children they can make their day whatever they want it to be. They are reminded their smiles can light up the world and help others feel happy. Children are born into music. For months before they make their appearance in the world, they have been rocked to-and-fro in the womb to the accompaniment of their mother's heartbeat. The child's own heartbeat provides rhythmic accompaniment that will continue for a lifetime. The sound of the heartbeat that closes the "Catching Smiles" CD reminds us to give thanks for the precious gift of life.
