My Favorite Fire Truck Toddler Bed
Let's face it, fire trucks are awesome, so no wonder that our little heroes are often fascinated by them. That's exactly what happen to my son, Leo. Since he was barely able to walk Leo would play only with toy firetrucks and watch Fireman Sam. That's when I knew that nothing else but a fire truck toddler bed would do.
But when it actually came to picking the firetruck bed I ran into some problems. It seems that there are not a lot of firetuck beds out there. The ones I did find where either poorly made, looked nothing like a firetruck, or were heavily overpriced.
After some digging and searching I was finally able to find my son's dream fire truck toddler bed by KidKraft. Not only is the bed well made and easy to assemble but actually looks like a firetruck without being a toy like the Step2 fire truck bed. Sure my now 2 year old son would spend hours on the bed pretending it's real life firetruck, but when bed time come he isn't distracted by it.
The toddler bed itself is pretty compact making it perfect for kids rooms. One of my favorite parts is the rails that look like ladders. They don't only add the the authenticity but also protect my son at night as he tends to move around from side to side.
Best part? The firetruck toddler bed is pretty inexperience compared to other alternatives. So much that I was able to get it plus carter fire truck bedding for under $200. On top of that I got a Kidkraft Firehouse Bookcase as well. The three pieces complement each other well without making Leo's room look totally like a fire station. Which I might still go for if this phase doesn't pass. I hope this helped you find a fire truck toddle bed for your little hero.
