Vincent is fabulous! He handles my, my partner, and some family members taxes/accounting. He is knowledgable and always available to take my calls and emails in a timely manner.

I used a "generic" accounting service in 2020 to do my taxes, and they mucked them up so incredibly badly, to an extent that the IRS said I owned the gov't a lot of money.

Thank goodness I found Vincent, who absolutely saved me, and actually ended up getting me back money from the IRS for 2020.

My wife and I have been running our own video production business since 2017 and it hasn't always been easy. We excel at producing video content but when it came to running a business we had a very limited understanding and made many mistakes in the beginning. Met Vincent Ladinez in 2021 and acquired his services for my small business S. Corporation status, Vincent undertook this and done all the necessary paperwork, emails , etc. for the IRS to change my status to S Corp, he done all this in a very professional and timely manner and even followed up when there was a couple of adjustments that had to be updated with the IRS at a later date, all in all superb service, do not hesitate to use Ladinez as they are a strongly recommended by us.

Second time doing my taxes with Ladinez and Co. I was so impressed by Ladinez mail package which had updates on how taxes are being affected by covid 19. He also included documents I could fill out and send over at my convenience. They have email, mail (provided me with an envelope), fax, pigeon, you name it. I got an email right away informing me of my turn around time. This place did not wait for COVID-19 to be accessible, they are on the ball because they put customers needs first. Vincent was nice enough to let me come in a weekend just to do my taxes. It was quick and painless process. Always remember to have your checking information on hand whenever you do your taxes. I like how he was completely upfront with his costs. Overall, I spent $216 for the services.
