Such great service! We had a skunk trapped in our yard and Animal Abatement Specialists were able to come out the same day to take care of it. Pricing was great and we were thrilled to not worry about being sprayed by a skunk. I highly recommend their company.

Regan and the team were amazing! We had a skunk under our house that got trapped and made the entire house noxious. I called Terminix only to learn after the second appointment that they don't have a license to deal with wildlife. We had Orkin on site for a week with traps and then they were unresponsive as to why the smell was still unbearable. Animal Abatement was able to ask questions, by phone, before arriving, and diagnose the skunk was likely dead and traps would obviously not solve the issue.

Regan was onsite within an hour of me calling. He immediately noticed which entrance point to the crawlspace smelt worst, and noted the black flies that confirmed his theory the skunk was dead. He was extremely knowledgeable and had the dead skunk cleared about an hour after arriving. He recommended next steps to get rid of the lingering smell and keep the animals from getting back into the crawlspace.

From asking knowledgeable questions before arriving, to pointing out the flies, to pointing at the lack of footprints in the crawlspace dirt, to pointing out the various animal markings in the crawlspace, Animal Abatement showed their 40 years of experience. I was so relived and impressed!

I had a squirrel in my attic. I called several people but Regan got right back to me. He came the next day, determined where the problem was and put in a temporary fix right then. What he did was put in a one way screen door over the hole so the squirrel could exit but couldn't go back. He came 2 days later to permanently fix it. We could see how the squirrel had tried to get back in.

The price was reasonable, work was excellent and the squirrel is gone. I had a put a camera in the attic so I could tell that it was gone.

We called Animal Abatement Specialists because our lawn was being torn apart by raccoons. They charged us $350 to set up a catch cage to catch the raccoons, and showed us very quickly how to use it. They did not call to see how things were going nor did they come back to refresh the bait. It was a complete waste of money.

We never caught the racoons and resolved the issue by adding a plastic garden fence netting over the grass and stakes. We rotated the netting daily so that the grass didn't grow over it. The racoons eventually stop coming.

Regan was quick to respond and thorough in helping us deal with a rat issue under our house. I appreciated the thorough explanation of what he recommended. Will definitely keep him in mind if we run into any other issues in the future.

Removed a skunk living under our porch in the backyard. Regan did a great job. He designed a customized exit-only door for our porch and then covered and sealed all the other exits and gaps between the porch and the ground. The project quality was impressive and it put me at ease.

At the end of the day, the skunk came out while Regan was still around. Regan then stayed, removed the exit-only door and replaced it a sealed cover. He also sealed up a few screen vents around my house. Everything was done on the same day. Very pleasant experience and the price was very reasonable.

Had a RAT that chewed through my Home Depot thick plastic can of cat food. My wife and I freaked out and called Animal Abatement on Saturday. They said they could come out Sunday morning. Regan showed up and did a thorough inspection of the house looking for any places rats might enter. Then he set up traps in my garage and said it would only take a day or two and we would have the culprit. Tuesday morning a rat was found in one of the traps. Regan came back and extracted the trap and the rat and took it away.

I had my car serviced earlier in the week and was told I had a rodent problem in the engine compartment. I later learned rats eating your wiring can total your car. Another reason that I freaked out.

This company came up, prepared to get any kind of rodent I might have. I do have raccoons living under my deck. I don't consider them to be much of a problem. If I ever do want to get rid of them, this is the guy I'm going to call!!

Regan is very efficient. Hopefully critters will stay away. Pleased with his work so far.

We used Regan for rat exclusion and paid over $1000. Two weeks later, we could hear rats in the attic again. I left voicemails letting them know and asking them to return but was completely ghosted.
