This was the worst limo experience that I have ever dealt with. I would not recommend this limo company to anyone. Very bad costumer service and the owner did not talk in a respectable manner. I am very disappointed at this service and I will never book with them again. The limo experience started out good, but then we were 15 min away from home, and we get a call saying we will be charged $75, because of an overcharge fee. I was not aware of any fees beforehand, and I have already paid too much money for the limo itself, now the owner wanted me to pay another $75 just to get which was only 15 min away. I tried to speak with the owner on the phone, but multiple times he cut me off and tried to talk over me in a very rude manner. He said that I had to pullover at a gas station at 10 pm and take money out of an ATM... The driver came and opened my door instantly, while I was still on the phone with the owner. I instantly closed the door, and I do not get off at any random gas stations and use the ATM. We gathered the money and payed the driver the $75 that he asked for, and still the owner was not happy. He kept saying, "because of customers like you, this is the rule". He said, "go write a bad review, i'll respond to it". Very disrespectful and rude owner. He raised his voice at me multiple times and did not meet in the middle for the cost or anything. He literally was talking over me the entire time. I had to ask him on the phone if he would let me finish my sentence. I will never book with this company ever again. And if yall choose to, make sure your okay with paying $75 for an extra 15 min car ride back home, after already paying for the limo all the cost.

This was a horrible experience! They sent a hummer limo without air conditioning and it was over 100°. they sent a hummer limo without air conditioning and it was over 100° We were miserable and the owner refused to send another limo or reimburse any of our money . We rented a limo for five hours for a family birthday party and No one wanted to ride in it because it was so hot. When we called to complain the owner was rude and refuse to let us back in the limo without taking a photo picture of our credit card which had already been used to pay for the services . Who knows what he would've done with the credit card information if we agreed . We called the police and it escalated into a huge nightmare . This man is crooked and does not deserve your business .

As you can see, most of the reviews on here have been over a year ago. Service may have been good at one point, but now it is not. The hummer limo that was given to us and paid for completely before we even got inside, did not have working air-conditioning! It did not even have a working radio station. When I called to let the owner know about what was happening in the limo-first he told us that the AC was working yesterday, which was no help to us at all on the day of, and that WE should stop and buy ourselves an auxiliary cord to play music in the limo if we wanted to, bc he did not put one in there for us. How that would help make the FM radio work... who knows. He did however say that he would send another limo but, that it too would only blow hot air and it would be smaller. There was no refund, no partial refund, nothing to help our sweaty situation at all. He finally decided to apologize once he actually came to test the air himself and in fact did agree that it was only blowing hot air. We had to completely rearrange our plans for the evening since we did not want to ride in that heat tunnel for any longer than needed. He also continued to ask me for my credit card to be sent to him via text. It's 2018-NOPE! That alone if I had known before hand would have made me go with another company. Who sends their CC information in a text?!!!! WTH!! Overall, bad service, bad limo, bad business. $900 wasted.
