Evan S. Seckular

Evan Seckular, a partner at Brian D. Perskin & Associates P.C., developed his deep interest in New York family law in college while attending the University of Pennsylvania and clerking during the summers in both the Family and Supreme Courts in Westchester County, New York.

Dina Botwinick

Dina Botwinick joined the firm in 2014. Since graduating from Brooklyn Law School in 2008, her practice has focused exclusively on matrimonial and family law, with emphasis on negotiation, litigation in dissolution and related matters, including custody and visitation, division of assets and interests, child support, and domestic violence for both traditional and same sex couples.

Jennifer L. Cohen-Vigder

Jennifer L. Cohen-Vigder has been committed to the practices of family and matrimonial law since well before her graduation from Brooklyn Law School in 2002. From her first year of law school, when she interned in the Family Law Unit of the New York Legal Assistance Group, Ms. Cohen-Vigder has dedicated herself exclusively to seeking justice for her clients.

OF COUNSEL Richard Miller is an attorney practicing Family Law in New York City. For the last 30 years, Mr. Miller has focused his attention on representing clients involved in child neglect, abuse, custody and visitation cases, as well as child support and paternity matters. He also defends and prosecutes Orders of Protection.
