You will see a variety of comedians, from beginners trying their hand at comedy (sometimes they are the funniest) to established comics unveiling new material & comedians auditioning to perform at the Comedy Showcase.

Dwayne Kennedy

Dwayne Kennedy is a stand-up comedian, actor, writer, and producer with over three decades of experience and an extensive list of credits to his name. His appearances include The Late Show with David Letterman, Late Night with Conan O'Brien, Jimmy Kimmel Live, Premium Blend, Comedy Central Presents, The World Stands Up, The Orlando Jones Show, Desperation Boulevard, Amy Stiller’s Breast, and Talkin’ Dirty After Dark. On the acting front, he’s appeared in iconic series like Seinfeld, Martin, 227, Amen, and How High. If you're into smart, edgy, and thought-provoking comedy, Dwayne Kennedy is must-see.

Andy Woodhull

Andy Woodhull has appeared on The Late Late Show with James Corden, Conan, Live at Gotham and The Half Hour on Comedy Central. He was the first comedian to make his network television debut on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. Andy worked as a writer on SYFY’s The Movie Show and was featured in 2 episodes. He just finished taping a hosting gig on the CW unscripted series TOTALLY FUNNY ANIMALS that began airing in February 2024. His weekly podcast Backyard Hang with Tommy Johnagin and Alex Stone is available on Apple podcast and Spotify.

David Dyer

David Dyer’s comedy credits are vast, including having appeared on Dry Bar Comedy and as a regular guest and sometimes guest host on The Bob and Tom Show. He’s contributed to The Zany Report for Bob and Tom, NBC’s Late Night with Jimmy Fallon, and ABC’s Politically Incorrect. In addition, he frequently guest-hosts various local radio shows for Cumulus Broadcasting in Grand Rapids.

Zach Martina - filming his debut standup comedy special

Zach Martina is a club favorite who likes the cooling sensation that a peppermint candy brings whilst taking a deep breath. Yes, he is a stand-up comedian but that is not all; did you know that he is also a father, a husband, a 6 time cannon ball champion, AND a notary public? This is a guy with depth, a guy with layers. She has been featured on WTF with Marc Maron, The Bob & Tom Show, XM/s National Lampoon Comedy Radio, Wits, and Minnesota Polka Spotlight. She has also performed at SF Sketchfest, the Vancouver Comedy Fest, the Andy Kaufman Awards, the Just For Laughs Festival in Montreal and the Dry Bar Comedy series. Appearing alongside Mary is her husband, Tim Harmston. A national headliner in his own right, Tim has made memorable TV appearances on Late Show with David Letterman, Comedy Central, and NBC’s Last Comic Standing.

Dobie Maxwell has appeared on The Late Late Show w/Ferguson, Comedy.tv, and the documentary That Asian Thing. He has also been seen on The Oprah Winfrey Show and Entertainment Tonight. He's acted The Amateur Monster Movie and While You Were Sleeping. Also appearing , Vince Carone has been seen on Tubi, TBS, and heard on Chicago’s Mancow in the Morning and WGN Radio. His most recent special, Bad Father, has garnered strong reviews, showcasing his unique perspective on fatherhood and family life. Christian Royce

Christian Royce is the next comedic genius to grace the zeitgeist! Hailing from southeast Michigan as a suburban comic searching for his edge (he started comedy in a vegan pizza shop, for Christ’s sake), he’s since left the Washtenaw County area for the Chicago comedy scene, where he’s opened for Al Jackson, Mike E. Winfield, and the legendary Dave Attell. Currently, he’s a regular face at The Laugh Factory, Zanies, and The Comedy Bar, he’s the mastermind behind the very popular F*ck You Show.

As seen on Netflix, Amazon Prime, John Heffron has appearances on The Tonight Show, Chelsea Lately, The Late Late Show, HBO, FX, VH1, A&E, CMT and many more. Long before emerging victorious in the second season of NBC’s hit reality competition Last Comic Standing, Heffron first took the stage at the Main Street Comedy Showcase. He soon found himself skipping night classes to pursue his passion and branching into FM radio, serving as Q95.5 Danny Bonaduce’s wingman on Detroit’s Number One morning show, Danny Bonaduce and the Q Crew.
