The campus placement program was a rigorous process, but it was also an incredibly rewarding one. From DSA training to Aptitude & Soft Skills, the campus placement program has been a holistic experience that has prepared me well for the professional world. The training sessions especially the Fullstack Web Development Training helped me develop my skills and confidence, which prepared me for the real-world challenges. The faculty and staff were always approachable, and they provided me with constructive feedback, which helped me improve myself. The focus on practical skills, soft skills, and industry knowledge should be the driving force behind any training program. I also suggest that the institute should incorporate more hands-on training sessions that enable students to apply their theoretical knowledge practically.  At last, I thank the institute for shaping me into a better professional and providing me with the skills and knowledge to achieve my goals. The placement rate is quite good and the placements are impressive plus the placement department is very supportative. My one concern is about those companies that just comes and get the students registered for the placement drive but never conduct any drive(any exam or interview nothing), these types of companies just give hopes to the students but don't hire them.
