How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Amazmerch (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
Not gonna like I was iffy about getting this but after getting it. I like it a lot. It was easy to put together after watching a video that was sent to my email. All my keys are easy to access, tuck away and now I don’t have to worry about my keys scratching up the inside of my bags. As a women who love luxury bags. I recommend it. Next one will be with the tile tracking. I’m pleased.
Bought this as a gift for my very picky husband. He often complained about having too many keys on his keychain and how bulky they were to lug around and put in his pant pocket and this solved it. He never keeps or uses my gifts and this one sure stuck and he uses it everyday. I would highly recommend this product.
The price was right. I can't remember at the moment if it was shipped free through Prime but I think so. Otherwise, you will be taken to the cleaners. A well-known office supply wanted as much to ship it as the unit cost! Bad, very bad. I realize it costs to ship but I suspect chiseling is going on across the board, not just for this item.
Great tool to have when you have too many keys. It actually gives added support when you have small keys; your able to separate them and pull out the one you need.
Love how my keys look. It was a bit time consuming, and you need a sturdy hand to put this thing together. But i do love it. I bought it for my husband for valentines. I had to put it together for him. His fingers were to big and don't close well. Im a little shaky but got it together finally. He loves the look and i do to. I bought it because his wrist do not turn and I thought this would add length to the key making it easier to hold and turn with a good comfy grip.
As a teacher I have two sets of keys. Personal and school keys. I got this for my school keys because all of the door keys look identical and I wanted to make it easier. I have 4 door keys and one small closet key. I found this key organizer to be easy to assemble and use. My keys are easy to find the right one because they are organized and it looks cool. It seems to be made well, but I’ve only used it for a few months. I have let students use it (it’s totally kid tested-they can be rough on things) and they all think it’s so cool.
Was surprised to find out that it was very easy to assembly--despite what other reviews have said. Got 5 keys in easily along with the little separator (I tried without them and they're not needed but I put them in since I had the space and it eases flipping the keys in and out) and it's clear I can add a sixth one since I got 3 on one side and 2 on the other. Bought this model in order to try the concept and because I need it to hold relatively few keys. I still have to get used to it but good so far, takes way less space in my pocket.
I gifted this to my husband and we both love it. It's minimalistic and fits snug to anchor your keys in your pocket so they don't fall out. Whenever I use his keys now they don't fall out of my shallow girl pockets anymore. It's sleek and keeps our keys aligned and in place instead of dangling everywhere. Big improvement from the jumbled pile of keys we used to have to jam in our pockets or bag. Most likely getting a second one for myself now because it's just great.
Very good looks, excellent material. It came very fast.
Easy setup. Just had to get my Toyota key copied without the plastic base to fit a flat metal key. Biggest tip is use a small dab of lock-tight(or nail polish your SO doesn't mind you using) upon reassembly so the bolt and nut don't come apart. Without it, it seems like every 3-4 days you're pulling out a key and there's very little resistance so you grab a coin or multi tool to tighten it up. It's never fallen apart on me but with tightening it a handful of times, I applied thread locker and has kept my preferred retention perfectly. Putting a magnettic clasp on it is nice too to leave my key fob and less used items like multi tool, flashlight, pill holder on my waist while having my keys on a quick release to be used and popped back on very quickly.
Works great and organizes keys as advertised! I went with a cheaper model to see if I would like it or not and I will soon be ordering one of the keysmart rugged's with built in belt clip!
Instead of having a pocket full of keys I now have my car key on a key ring and all my other keys safely stored in this. It's nice not having to hunt for my car key or my apartment keys. I think this is a great item and definitely recommend it.
Good light weight and compact key chain.
This is so compact and very useful for my keys now I don't have to have this huge Keychain to carry around. This has been great for my key organization too
I love this, does like it says and keeps everything organized. Setup was easy and only took about ten minutes of fitting my keys where I want them to be placed from least to most used. I'm a key carrying manager at my day job and use my store key on locks constantly throughout the workday and this has help me out so much and not slowed down how fast it it takes me to get it from pocket to lock. It lays flat in my pocket along with my key fob for my car and not having to juggle finding the right key when I need it is great.
This is a nice way to keep everything together and quiet. Only problem, so far, is that the screws back out now and then so I have to keep an eye on it and tighten when needed.

It does not necessarily hold 8 keys. Most keys are thicker than could easily fit between the two flexible plastic sides (because the screws could be a little longer). Easy to use to set in the keys or change keys. Definitely keeps the keys quiet . . . no clanging of metal chime.
This is so easy and handy to use and have for all my keys to stay together. This makes it so smooth to just draw out the key I’m in need of to use and place back into place in the collection. Must have for those who are minimalist.
This was just the thing I didn't know I needed until I used it. construction is great and it works really well. It forced me to minimize the "building supervisors" set of keys I was carrying around to just the essentials. Now my keys are are nice and compact and easy to use and put away. If you have lots of keys I would suggest getting a few of these and organize all the keys around your house.

Second one we have bought. Love them. Easy to put your keys on have never had any issues with keys coming off. Great if you want to keep all your keys nice and neat and not poking you in the pocket.
I keep this in my pocket all day and it fits well and is quiet when other items bump it, which will be good when hunting. The only extremely minor thing I'm going to knock it on is that it scuffs fairly easy for the material.
