Remove any obstacles between the remote and your TV

Troubleshoot the voice feature

  • A malfunctioning voice feature on your remote control may cause many inconveniences. To solve the issue, press the MIC button on your remote.

  • If it does not produce a green or amber light, you want fresh batteries or reset your remote, as shown in the steps above.

  • However, if the lights turn amber or green, then unplug your TV from its socket for about two minutes or instead hold down the power button on the remote for at least five seconds.
