How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
How long does shipping take?

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Amazmerch (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
My 6yo has lots of little things and likes to stay organized. She also lost her cup holders when we upgraded car seats. This organizer was the perfect solution! I gave it as a bday present in lieu of new socks, so while it had less shock value than the tomagatchi or mermaid notebook, she appreciated the thoughtfulness and practicality. It creates a good sense of independence and responsibility since it’s hers to organize and she can’t blame me for losing things! It also had the unintended side effect of ending her kicking my seat, since she’d also be kicking her own stuff. Mwahahaha! There might be better ones, but this one did the trick and it was cheap.
At this price point, everyone should get one. We went from MI to FL and were traveling with a three year old, and this was so incredibly helpful for organizing everything. There's a way to anchor it to the back of the seat so it was really secure and wasn't hanging down....this was important because we had five people packed into a sedan, so needed that extra leg room behind the seats. I also like that the pockets have mesh and elastic to keep everything in place and secured properly.
These are actually pretty awesome. SUPER easy to install, lightweight, and give my kids a place to put their stuff instead of all over the floor.
Very affordable, install was easy & compared to other organizers I've had these seem like they will stay snug to the seat & last a long time, so far I'm happy with the purchase.
My daughter tends to make a mess in the back seat of my car so these back seat organizers were just what I needed. They give her a place to put her stuff and she is very happy about it too because it's easier for her to keep up with now. We both love that it gives her a cup holder in the backseat as that is one feature my car was lacking and many accidents have occurred because of it. She keeps up with her stuff better and my car is cleaner now because of them so we're both happy. I definitely recommend getting these.

This backseat organizer is great. I wanted one that had a fastener for the bottom as well as the top as I didn't want the bottom part hanging in any of my passengers way. I was worried that it wouldn't fit my seat bcuz I have a Jeep, but it wasn't a problem at all. It fits perfectly and it doesn't bother my back at all when I'm seated. Highly recommend.
The quality of this carrier is very good. My favorite thing is that it attaches to the seat down below. So it hugs the seat tightly and doesn't invade the space of the person sitting with it. Another great thing is that the strap doesn't bother the person sitting in front of the seat. When I am driving the car I don't even notice the strap that is under me.
Perfect for the back of my daughter's wheelchair. It lays flat and has a cup holder.

Love this organizer. Had a different one but I got rid of it and replaced with this one. This one works well and fits perfectly.
Needed this months ago! After our baby was born, the "stuff" quickly began piling up, everywhere, especially in the car. This organizer works great! I was a little skeptical at first, but I figured if it didn't work, it was ok, because it was so inexpensive. However, much to my surprise, it works great!! I will be ordering more and adding this to my gift list to buy for new parents!
I bought 4 of these for my traverse. I placed one behind each font seat, one behind the passenger side middle row, and another behind the last row on the passenger side. This allows for a ton of extra storage and organization. Running around with 3-5 children regularly requires a lot of extra organizing and this just made it so much easier
I love this! Had been looking for something to organize toys, books and water bottles in the backseat for the little ones, and this looks clean, organized and streamlined. My 3-year-old loves having her organizer and toys in front of her. She likes to reach out and get a book on her own - feels very grown-up. I love that in about 30 seconds, the car is organized again and I don't have to search for toys for the ride. And it even matches the interior!

I use this in the front seat of my old F-150, attached to the raised center console. Good place to store my mileage book, pens and markers, etc. Can't beat the price.
I tried two other sets before I found these. They’re perfect for 2018 Chrysler Pacifica Limited because I can have the folding monitors and it doesn’t inhibit them at all in any position. It also doesn’t cover the hdmi and audio ports. They’re perfect!
Bought this along with the booster seat fory dodge challenger. With my car having little space this is an essential with a toddler! It matches perfectly with the black booster seat and is stylish enough to not be an eye sore in my car. My son uses it as a cup holder for his water bottle or a closed drink he may have. (Would not recommend topless drinks). A plus is it protects the back of seat from foot prints too from my toddler.
I wanted to protect the back of my car's new seats from the kids, but most of the seat protectors were super wide from the top down. This one tapers, so it's not visible from the front seats. It doesn't cover the seatbacks edge to edge, but it gets close enough to serve the purpose I need - the kids will have to actually work at scuffing the plastic (I think/hope). Also, the kids are super psyched to have all the pockets. Not sure what they plan to stow in there, but I'm sure it'll involve lots of Special Rocks and tiny scraps of VERY IMPORTANT paper that I'll end up having to clear out every couple of months. So, they're happy; I'm happy.
Bought this for a long car ride with our 2 year old. It was perfectly sized and held all manner of things to keep him entertained. The velcro strap at the top was a great feature and held alot of weight--at one point, I attached our ipad and case to it so the little one could watch movies. Great purchase for a good price.
Got this for my son and it basically holds all his snacks. It has a ton of pockets and was super easy to put up and move around if you have to.
I had looked and looked for the right back seat organizer, so far I like it getting ready to go in road trip from AZ to OR will update. I bought this for our Ford F150 crew cab, fits great! I have pictures not sure how to post them on here yet. But the drink holder spots will hold a 20 oz bottle.
We bought this anticipating that organizing would be a good thing with a toddler. The various cups, activities, toys, and food and clothing requirements are made much easier with something that you can separate and see and a glance. No longer does everything have to go in a bag that you have to dig through with one hand while driving with the other. It is a great item to have and seems to hold up well. It also helps protect the seat from scuffs and kicks when he is getting in and out of the vehicle. It appears that it will hold up well. It looks like it will at at this point.
