Chyna V. Performs Live in Charlotte,NC

Chyna V. is set to hit the stage in Charlotte, NC at one of the biggest festivals called the NoDA Fall MusicFest on November 8th! The event is set to take place at Volume Lounge. This festival has been running for over ten years and has served as a platform for over 600 artist. There will be industry representatives and a panel on site to include Co-Founder of Reverbnation Lou Plaia,DJ Joe Vega and many more names to come. Dj Exel aka "I'ma Big Deal" From VH1 "Master of the Mix" expected to host "Unexpected" Mixtape/EP

With the project coming together slowly but surely. Chyna has not had a lot of time on her hands but has managed to put out track after track.  When speaking with her, She gave me some insight to how the project was coming along.  She specifically hinted at the fact that, she was definitely going to be working with a DJ on her mixtape. Not just some Dj but a female well known throughout the East Coast and U.S. as a BIG DEAL! Yes, Chyna in fact said that DJ Exel aka "I'ma Big Deal" from Master of the Mix on VH1 is going to work with her on the project. Dj Exel is proclaimed by Master of the Mix as one of the Top 20 Dj's in the US. Chyna stated, with a smile on " I want a female to host my mixtape. She [Dj Exel] is a Dj on top of her game and doing big things to show that females belong in this industry." After wrapping up, I asked Chyna in one word to sum up the project, "One word? You want one word for this project? Look at the title....What does it say?" I just smiled.

Taking on LA-Biggest Event of the Year

As the year is starting to come to a close and the holidays are here, we look back at the year 2013. This year was a big one for Chyna Vonne as she went to Los Angeles for the first time to attend the Ascap Expo 2013. She sat down with Brittney King of New Height Management, who has ties to Grand Hustle Entertainment, Dj Drama and the Aphillates, and Atlantic Records. While sitting down with Brittney on her one on one session, Brittney expressed to Chyna that "there is definitely room in the (music) industry for you because this is no one doing what you do. You are something like a female Drake." The only suggestion that Brittney made to her was that she needed to find her image. Thus came the reinvention of Chyna Vonne. Chyna has since then became the leggings and fitted cap type with her signature red lips. This signified a new turn of events for Chyna Vonne with the coming of her #RedLipGang and G.R.E.A.T.S Entertainment. Chyna Vonne is now becoming a brand and showing that she is also business savvy.

Chyna Vonne is back at it again!  She has released a preview of one of the tracks off her first official mixtape/EP "The Unexpected" called Turn Up (in this bed).  Showing her sexy, seductive looks and beautiful voice over youtube with a catchy phrase that has spread like a worldwide epidemic.  Chyna V. takes it and puts her own twist on it that will leave you stuck wanting more!

August 31st, 2013 was another step forward for the artist known as Chyna Vonne.  With "The Unexpected" mixtape/EP release quickly approaching, it was time for her to step it up a notch.  The artist went back to Hampton Roads to link up with another rising star known for his graphics, photography and all around hustle when it comes to entrepreneurship, Andre (Dre) Smith of MadMan GFX and Creative Collections.  "I'm excited bro, "explained Andre with a grin on his face. "I've had plenty of models but she is the first female rapper, I have had to work with and I want to do a lot with her today." With that said, Andre did what he does best and snapped any and every picture he could. One hundred and sixty six camera snaps later, they were ready to wrap it up. From the looks of the hard copies the photos came out well.  Andre had to let the world know that they, in fact did. He created these beautiful promo pictures to show the world his gift and the beautiful Chyna V.  He also hinted at more work in the future with the rising femcee.  Take a look for yourself!
