electromantranicon Sacramento This is an art project. 1. Make music and physical art, with a message to ponder or meditate to. 2. Go on adventures to preserve said art. The plan is to make some music with a simple message that is generally accepted. Then release it for free if you like it, tell your friends, burn them copies, whatever. I will put copies in different places in cities around me.. Most likely record store's flyer spots.. Some will be in a pretty cloth cover... pics later... Next, to continue my enjoyment in this project I've decided to make a physical copies of each of the 13 messages and hide it somewhere as a time capsule. I already have a place picked out, but am open to other ideas... My goal with the music is to brain wash people into being excellent to each other. My goal with hiding the messages... perhaps it will be found in the future by people ready to be excellent to each other. Each of the 13 songs will have a mantra for pondering. I like them, maybe you will too. These are not original, or if they are then cool. Some are inspired by friends and family. I'm not taking credit for it, for I feel its in all of us already. I did the music. Had fun. Using a copy of Cool Edit Pro and Screenblast ACID 4 on a Compaq laptop. My Girlfriend did the spoken word with her wonderful voice. Thank you. 01 Defiance- Every order can be defied. If there is no choice, there is no devotion. 02 Defense of Circle- Demons that enter your circle must be pushed out. 03 Vehicle- Exit your vehicle at the summit. Don’t let it obstruct the view. 04 Sense- Don’t be destroyed in the pursuit of knowledge and power. Use common sense to survive. 05 Struggle- Meaning is acquired when we face the conflict between desires and reality. 06 Resolve- Remove doubt, affirm strength, hold resolve. But expect death. 07 Peace- Humanity was one and we were whole. The desire and pursuit of whole is called love. 08 Indifference- Where you sit doesn’t matter. Ground or throne is the same. 09 Victory- You have survived so far, you will survive this. Can you overcome your greatest opponent? 10 Origins- You breathed in air and cried. There is no promised land, true land is in the heart. 11 Wisdom- The swordsman who doesn’t use his sword is wise. But sometimes equal force is needed. 12 Flow- If the boulders are moved, even a river will change its flow. 13 Intuition- The hawk doesn’t think during the hunt. It does not care for theory or ethics.
