Cait Edwards was born in New Orleans, where both her mother and father were realtors. She has vivid memories of previewing properties with her parents and still has a list she wrote of homes she liked in Pontchartrain Park and Audubon. As a tweener she moved to northern California. Growing up in the San Francisco Bay Area fostered her drive and creativity. She earned a Bachelor Of Arts degree in theater from the University Of California, Santa Cruz and an internet business certification at San Jose State University.
In the year 2000 she relocated again after falling in love with the Las Vegas valley and followed in her parents’ footsteps by becoming a licensed real estate agent. She signed on with the Yancy Group at Century 21 Aadvantage Gold, where executing transactions with integrity was a priority. She is now excited to be at Elite Realty and utilize both her technical skills and her business experience to offer clients the best quality service possible.
Over the fourteen years she has lived in Las Vegas, she has contributed to local organizations that support the community, especially Catholic Charities Of Southern Nevada, Safe Nest, and Nevada Public Radio. When she can make the time she enjoys pursuing a her lifelong passion for the creative and performing arts, chasing adventure on the road with her travel club, and experimenting in the kitchen with recipes from her own collection of classic American and vintage cookbooks.
